Certain additional Terms below apply specifically to online purchases. We may periodically update or change the Terms, without notice. 3. E-COMMERCE TERMS

 

These online shopping terms and conditions apply to all purchases ordered online at www.Planetfluencebrands.co.za. Use of our online shopping website constitute your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Terms of our website, including the additional online shopping terms below.
Product Sales and Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and will be delivered only within the Republic of South Africa, unless arranged with Planetfluence Brands. All prices shown on our website are quoted in South African Rands and are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our products and services from time to time without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products or services ordered by you are not available.

3.1 Delivery Policy

 

·         We only ship within South Africa, unless arranged with Planetfluence Brands.

·         Delivery is via third party courier. All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery.

·         By signing the delivery form, you acknowledge the receipt of the items ordered and that the quantity is correct.

·         Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by South African Post.

·        The delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
 If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like
 your work address for delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.

·        Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
Delivery charges are determined by packing size, weight, and delivery location.

·        We do not deliver on public holidays.

·        We shall not be held liable for package loss due if the customer entered their delivery address incorrectly.

 

3.2 Pricing Policy

 

You will be charged the prices that are reflected online, subject to availability. A delivery fee will be charged for each order placed by you, delivery charges are determined by packing size, weight, and delivery location.

3.3 Refunds and Returns Policy

 

Defective items will be replaced. Planetfluencebrands.co.za will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to info@Planetfluencebrands.co.za within 7 days of purchase and shipped to us within 20 days. Should it happen that your item is defective, then you can send it back by completing the online returns form. The time period for such a return is the same as any other return – 20 days after the item was received. A replacement item will be sent to you accordingly. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted by Customer Service.
If Planetfluencebrands.co.za Online chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

3.4 Risk and Ownership

 

Risk in the products shall pass to you or your authorized representative on delivery. We will retain ownership in the products until payment has been received in full.

3.5 Stock Availability

 

We cannot always guarantee availability of stock and will endeavour to deliver a substitute line where possible if you have authorised us to do so.

3.6 Confirmation of Orders

 

Orders placed on Planetfluencebrands.co.za constitute your offer to purchase subject to these Terms. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive our confirmation of your order e-mail.

3.7 Colours Schemes

 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible
the colours of the products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the device that you use to access our website, we cannot warrant that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate

4. POLICIES ON REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

4.1 Returns

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to quote your order number for online purchases. Should the item be out of stock at the time, the customer will be asked to choose a similar item or wait until we receive stock.

info@planetfluencebrands.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the collection of the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4.2 Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember to do this within 14 days of receipt.

 

4.3 Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless you received defective items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

4.4 Exchanges


We will not allow exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product. Please check the product’s specifications before making a purchase. Exchanges will only be accepted when you received an incorrect item or when the item is defective.

We do not exchange items damaged due to misuse, carelessness or normal wear and tear and aging. We will only exchange items with factory faults reported within 30 days of purchase.

4.5 Cancellation of orders

 

Paid orders can be cancelled within 48 hours and the customer will be refunded. A 15% handling fee will be deducted. 

4.7 Refunds


Should you receive an item with a factory fault or any defect, and do not wish to exchange it, you will be refunded. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via EFT on your bank account. Please include your bank details when requesting a refund in writing.  Allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please note that we will not process refunds for orders that are lost or delayed by the courier service. We will send refurbishment stock if necessary. 

We will not process refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

4.8 Gifts

 

If an item was bought as a gift and the receiver is not happy with the item, they will be asked to choose a different product with the same price. We will not process any refunds in this case. Requests for exchange must be done in writing within 10 business days of receipt.
